It’s absolutely brilliant to be back in training and see all our new recruits again, as well as parents and teachers. 

Tonight was the inaugural session with both teams from Monifeith and Arbroath. Over the coming weeks their fitness, mental health, confidence and well-being will hugely improve, joining the dozens of Polar Academy legends out there now.
