The Polar Academy is a transformative youth charity that works with communities, schools and families to identify young people in Scotland suffering with mental health challenges. Through an intensive 10-month physical and mental training programme, we give young people the tools to deal with future mental health challenges, achieve the unbelievable and transform their lives – for good.
